While there are many things we can quote over the phone, at times it is necessary for our technicians to inspect the job to see exactly what they are working with so that we can get the most accurate estimate.
Parts & Stock
At NCS we strive for quick and excellent service by keeping many commonly used parts in stock. With the ever-changing industry there are times we will need to fabricate or order custom parts. In these cases, we ask for a deposit on the parts with terms for the rest to be paid upon completion.
Rush Orders
We have helped many clients through many emergencies and quick turn jobs. Our office staff and technicians will work with you to understand what is needed and give you a quote as soon as possible. Rush orders may require additional costs. Parts may need fabrication or to be ordered.
Privacy Policy
We do not collect customer data on our website via cookies or any other methods. We do not sell or share any information that is collected in person or on the phone. We also do not market to customers unless they opt in. Our social media sites operate under their own privacy policies and if users choose to participate there, different policies apply. Google Analytics does collect basic demographic data about location and pages visited. No personal identifiable info is collected.
