Thank you for considering NCS for your project. We want the experience to be meaningful for all involved so we are sharing some questions we often get. The number one question is people calling for a cost estimate. We are experts at what we do but diagnosing over the phone is not advisable for both parties. One example is for a bearing job. We know what that takes to quote a bearing replacement, but we would need to see the job before we give a quote. If there are other things the job needs to be safe or done right, we need to know that upfront. Please contact us to get the ball rolling on your job.
Can NCS provide design services?
Yes. We have in shop designers who can help bring your job to life. If the job requires licensed experts, we will let you know who needs to be involved and who we recommend.
Can I provide my own design?
Yes. You can provide your own design. If the particulars are there for the job we might be able to work from it. If we need a different file to complete the job we will let you know and work to get design services quoted as necessary.
How much will it cost?
We will work with you to understand your job so we can get you a quote or estimate. Once things are finalized the price can change if we have to make changes along the way or if you want things different than we originally allocated for. We will work with you through the process to make sure we all know if changes are needed on our end. Contact us to get the job started.
How long from start to finish?
When we discuss your project, we will review your timing needs. If it is quoted as a rush, we will work to accommodate our shop schedule and resources to make it happen. Otherwise, we will provide an estimate of time with your paperwork.
What types of materials do you work with?
We have a lot of capabilities including Metal CNC, Welding, Fab, pipe bending, signage, tires, trailers and signage.
We do Mig/Tig welding, work with cold rolled steel, aluminum, and pupes up to diam.

What happens when the job is complete?
We will communicate with you to set up a time to review the job and set up payment and pick up. We hope you will come and see us again and let your colleagues and friends know how we helped you.
What if I need to make changes?
Changes happen. We will work with you to keep communication lines open throughout your job. When changes need to be made, we will start by understanding the needs and how this affects timing. Depending on the level of change needed, we will move ahead or need to adjust the estimate.
Do you ship?
We ship wherever needed. We will coordinate with you to get an estimate of shipping costs, insurance, and other particulars.
