Customer came with an emergency tow hitch install for a trip they were leaving for in a week.  They had an appointment with another shop who cancelled, and she called us in a pinch.  We made time on our schedule and got the hardware ordered.  We installed the hitch and they were able to add their bike rack and leave in time.  Always happy to tell a customer “We do that!” and get them folded into our busy schedule.
